Bathroom Renovation

An elegantly designed standing shower with deep green subway

tiles, laid vertical, and accented with gold trim and fixtures. The

bathroom had water damage and was completely rebuilt, including

the subfloor. Original bathroom had a standard tub which was

removed and converted into a standing shower.

Stunning redesign of previously enclosed kitchen. Updated cabinetry layout to foster a functional modern design. Removed load bearing wall to create an open kitchen with a peninsula. Custom framed ceiling for uniform height between spaces. 100% solid wood cabinetry, frameless and soft-close. Mosaic floor tile. All new recessed lights. All copper plumbing.

Master Bathroom Design & Build

Design and build of a master-bathroom. Converted previously enclosed wall space between bedrooms into an elegant and luxurious master-bath. Welcomed with a marble threshold. All copper piping. Spacious standing shower with vertical tiling, custom niche and metallic trim throughout.

Elegantly designed garage with master bedroom. Mini-split ductless a/c HVAC system. Six inch recessed lights. Immaculate paint and finish.

Full demolition and rebuild of a 150 sq ft kitchen. Renovation included complete re-design with changes to plumbing, electrical and gas. Ceiling was raised and a load-bearing wall was removed for  elevated cabinets and a peninsula design. Update to appliance layout, recessed lights and a metallic trimmed ceramic backsplash.
