A Balcony Transformation

Perched above the home, this fully customized third-floor balcony was reimagined into a protected outdoor living space. Starting with a reinforced flooring system built using specialized waterproof materials, a fully sealed structure was designed to prevent water intrusion into the living spaces below. A newly constructed roof transformed the rounded balcony into a distinctive half-decagon form, introducing five elegant sides that enhance both the architecture and the surrounding views. Finished with modern railings, warm ceiling details, and an overhead fan, the space now serves as a seamless extension of the master bedroom, made for quiet moments above it all.
